Discovering that you need a dishwasher repaired is no fun. No one wants to wash dishes by hand, especially when you have invested in a dishwasher. That’s why it’s such a hassle when one breaks down and either stops working entirely, leaks, or just doesn’t get your dishes clean the way it should.
At Appliance Masters, we totally understand your frustration, and that’s why we always offer quick service – often the same day you call us – to get your dishwasher working again as it should, as fast as possible.
As the #1 service company in Austin for fixing dishwashers and other home and commercial appliances, Appliance Masters will quickly dispatch a professional, courteous, factory trained and insured technician to your location.
After a complete diagnostic of your dishwasher, you will receive a written quote, clearly explaining the problem as well as the cost to repair it. And because we work by the job and not by the hour, the price you see is the price you’ll pay. No hidden costs or nasty surprises.
Plus, when you agree to have us perform the repair for you, the cost of the service call is 100% covered in the price of the repair.
Guaranteed Appliance Repairs – Parts and Labor!
All of our work, and the parts we use, are covered by the best warranty in the business. We offer 90 days on our labor and a full 12 months on any parts we use.
And speaking of parts, our service vehicles are well stocked with dishwasher replacement parts, so most repairs can be handled in a single trip. If we do need to leave to get a special part for your machine, you will never be charged for a return visit.
With everything we offer at Austin Appliance Masters – same day service, warrantied parts and labor, no suprise fees and no service fee with a repair – there’s really no reason for you to put off getting your dishwasher fixed today. In fact, if you are putting it off because of the cost, here’s a bit of interesting information that you might not be aware of…
In 2003 there was a peer-reviewed study that compared the cost and energy of hand washing dishes compared to running them through a modern dishwasher (this was for “normal” dishes; not crusted bakeware, for example).
The study found that handwashing used anywhere from 20 to 300 liters of water and between .1 and 8 kWh of energy. In comparison, a newer, energy efficient automatic dishwasher used only betweeen 15 and 21 liters of water and 1 to 2 kWh of energy.
Overall, using a properly working dishwasher not only saves you time and frustration, it actually saves you real money, water and energy costs!
With modern dishwashers that use microprocessors and sensor assisted cycles to determine the best wash cycle to use, it’s no wonder that you need a highly trained technician to troubleshoot and fix them when something goes wrong. It’s not worth the time, frustration and risk of damaging these critical appliances by messing with them in a DIY fashion if you’re not absolutely sure what you’re doing.
